Weight loss is a process, it’s a journey.
There is no quick fix..
There will be many setbacks and challenges you must face on a daily basis, but every step is a step closer to a better you, a healthier you. And the end result will be worth it. Remember that.
These are two photographs I took in Portugal. There were so many stairs to climb and we thought “will it be worth it? We don’t even know if there’s anything on the other side!” but we climbed them anyways and the view from the top took our breath away. Remember that to earn or deserve any reward, you must first take some sort of risk or endure some type of struggle. And often the result is so worth all the effort and struggle.
Permanent weight loss takes effort, persistence, and dedication. When you feel like quitting, remember what your goals are and why you are doing what you are doing. There is a reason to started to lose weight or looked into ways to lose it. You want it for a purpose. You want that view in the end, that end result is in sight. You just need to follow the plan and put it into motion to get what you have always dreamed about it.
Do it for you. Because the view is worth the climb.
